The Battlestar Galactica Fleet Pack was originally developed by Coxxon as an add-on to a game (Star Trek Bridge Commander I believe). Working with members Nothing and Skupilkinson in the CardModels forum at zealot.com I took the original meshes and cleaned them up and adjusted things so they could be converted into paper model kits. Nothing and Skupilkinson then unfolded the cleaned up meshes, tidied up instructions and uploaded the kits. A few kits I did completely on my own. Over time revisions have been made to some of the kits, and all kits presented here are the latest versions.
Another forum member, Revell-Fan has since picked up the development of kits from the fleet pack, and thanks to him the fleet continues to grow. Enjoy, and if you appreciate the work we do, don’t forget to make a donation. Any amount is appreciated and helps to keep this site online, and the models available.
All the model kits here are free for personal use. No commercial use is allowed.
Many hours have been spent developing these and we will continue to make new models available.
If you appreciate what you find here please consider making a donation.
I suggest $5, but any amount is most welcome.

Battlestar Galactica
The Galactica is available in two versions. The smaller version measures about 18 inches (1-1/2 feet) when completed, and the larger 36 inches (3 feet).
Regardless of which you choose you’ll need the assembly instructions. Due to it’s size the model is split into the Bridge, Mid and Rear sections.
Colonial Liners
Agricultural Ship
This ship appeared mainly in the original mini-series that kicked off the new series. It was destroyed by the Cylons as it lacked the ability to “jump” through hyperspace. Another agricultural ship which did have jump capability survives with the fleet. Download
Astral Queen
The Astral Queen is a prisoner transport ship, and part of the rag tag fleet. Download
Geminon Transport
The Geminon Transport is a small to medium sized cargo ship. Marcell von Dem Berge of the card models forum I frequent has upgraded this kit, correcting some textures and parts, added details, and completely revised the instructions. A detailed thread can be found here.
You can still download my original version, but why would you want to?
Geminon Traveller
The Geminon traveller is a small shuttle frequently seen ferrying passengers between ships of the fleet. Download
Colonial Refinery
The colonial refinery ship refines tyllium ore into the fuel used by ships of the fleet. Without it, the fleet would be doomed. Download
Mining Ship
The mining ship is a surface mining vessel designed to land on the surface of planets and asteroids and mine whatever minerals are required. Download
Colonial Tube Ship
I don’t know the actual name of this ship, but it appeared in both the original (1978) series and in the new 2003 reimagined series. Download
NEW Dec 2011 – Large, enhanced version by Revell-Fan
Colonial One
Developed by Revell-Fan, a fellow member of the Card Models forum at zealot.com and hosted here with his permission, this wonderful model of Colonial One is available as a zip file, or a PDF file. Click the appropriate link below to download this beautiful model.

Colonial One – PDF file (23 Mb)
Colonial Movers
Revell-Fan produced this excellent kit of the Colonial Movers ship with enhanced textures and excellent instructions. It’s available in both a large and medium size.
Platform Ship
The original files for the platform ship (don’t know the real name) were lost in a hosting incident, but Revell-Fan fortunately had a copy of the large version in his collection. If you have any of the other versions please send them to me. Thanks to Scott Warner the small version is now available in both lined and unlined versions.
The assembly instructions consist only of a series of images giving the overall flow of assembly.
Intersun Liner
This ship is a luxury liner, but the current model kit is economy class. Since I may never get around to redoing it so it meets my current standards, I’m posting it anyway.
The instructions are minimal consisting of a series of images to guide assembly but should be adequate for any builder with a little experience.
Cylon Basestar
Another great addition from Revell-Fan, the Cylon Base Star joins the collection. The assembly instructions and model parts are provided in a single PDF file, compressed in RAR format.
Cylon Heavy Raider
Thanks to Scott Warner the lost Cylon Heavy Raider rejoins the fleet pack. This was one of the very first ships we did in the fleet pack. Available with or without fold lines.
Cloud 9
Yes, you can live on Cloud 9. At least in the Battlestar Galactica fleet. This was an early unfold of this ship by Trent Henry. I don’t recall if a test build was ever done, but like other models here I’m including it because I may never get around to re-doing it. If you build it please let me know and send a picture. I’d love to hear if there are any problems in the model so I can fix it up.
Both the large and small, in lined and unlined versions are packaged in a single zip file.
Battlestar Berserk
Another addition by Trent Henry, the Berserk is a sharp looking ship that I’m sure every fan would love to have in their fleet.
Our good friend Revell-Fan did a good build report on it over at zealot.com that has more pictures. If you want to build this ship check out his comments.
Defender
I can’t remember anything about this ship. It appeared somewhere, in the pilot or some episode, but it was part of the fleet pack, it looks cool, so we made it.
Colonial Landram
Added April 8/2012
Updated June 30/2013
A combination troop transport and tank, the landram was a utility vehicle seen in the original Battlestar Galactica Series. Thanks to our friend Revell-Fan a great model of this piece of BSG history is now available. The model comes with full assembly instructions, in three different sizes, and in an alternate “A-Team” color scheme. Along with the new Snowram we also have an optional rack of luggage and new enhanced headlights (see Options below).

The Battlestar Galactica Official Emblem
This emblem is seen most prominently in the room used for news releases. I don’t know it’s name. I’ve fiddled with it off and on and have finally gotten around to finishing it. Pictured here is the beta version. The final release has slightly better colors. Click the image for a few photos of the build sequence, and a finished build by Rhaven-Blaack.
Dr Z’s Antigravity Ship
This ship is from the Galatica 1980 series. A technological wonder, it could do almost everything but walk your dog. Read more about it at Battlestarwiki.org.
Colonial Raptor
Added August 24/2012
Another fantastic addition to your collection, the Raptor is a workhorse of the colonial fleet. Available in four color schemes. Send a big thank you to Revell-Fan for this latest contribution.

Celestra
The Celestra is now available in both large and small versions.
The assembly instructions are primitive consisting of a set of images indicating the part numbers and assembly sequence but should be enough to help you get it done. Both lined and unlined versions of the small model are provided. I recommend that you download both and use the lined version as a reference to help you build the unlined version. You’ll be glad you did.

Still to come – the following fleet ships are still in the queue:
Colonial Shuttle
Cylon Raider
Viper Mk II
Viper Mk VII
Pegasus
Great! Thanks! Could you make the other 3ft lined files available? I’m especially interested on how to fold the mid-ship section, part 1. What line convention do you follow for mountain and valley folds?
Hey I’m new here. I want to start off by saying thank you for uploading all these papermodels. They are just fantastic. I do have a question I would like to ask. Is there a Celestra model on this site or is it not ready yet? I was just curious because I can’t wait to add one to my “Fleet” and i can’t find a model of it anywhere else.
Hi Adam. We did release a Celestra model in the series over at Zealot.com, but the files got lost in one of the many hosting changes. I have the files but the unfold is not up to my current standards so I’ve resisted posting it. I have actually had a couple of inquiries about it recently though so it’s probably time I get to it. It’s mostly a matter of cleaning up the unfold and parts layout, so I’ll add it to my ‘soon’ list and try to get it done.
Thanks,
Steve
Mr. Steve.
Thank you for letting me know what is happening with it. I was wondering if it is alright if I use some of these models to decorate my library for their Summer Reading Program for the kids. Each year they have a themed reading program for kids and this year the theme is Sci Fi. I was hoping it was alright with you if I can use the models to decorate the ceiling with Galactica ships.
In any even, I look forward to the Celestra model when you post it. Thanks for getting back to me.
The only thing you can’t do is sell the patterns or claim them as your own. You’re welcome to use the completed models for whatever purpose you see fit, including selling them. Decorating a library is a great idea. And I love to see pictures of peoples builds, so send a few if you can.
Steve
Mr. Steve
Thank you for your permission. I felt it was only right I ask you first before I used your models for anything. No need to worry, I would never dream of selling or claiming your patterns, that wouldn’t be right.
Thank you for posting the Celestra models. I’ve downloaded the patterns and instructions and as soon as I finish all the models, I will send you pictures. Do you have an email address I can send them to?
http://starfox2o12.deviantart.com/gallery/
I almost forgot. I have a DeviantART account with pictures of some of the models from your site that I made. My Galactica and Pegasus models I found a few years ago before I found your site. But the Colonial Movers and Zephyr Ring ship models are from here as well as the Cylon Basestar. I also have other models I’ve built but haven’t posted them yet.
Wow. Thanks for the plans. This will be the 1st I’ve build card models this big. What weight paper shout I use?
The patterns are designed for a paper thickness of about .2mm, which matches the 110lb cardstock that I usually use.
Steve
I’m working on the three foot Galactica. I’ll be posting my work on http://zealot.com, but before I do that, where does part BL1 on Patch 1.pdf go?
That part replaces part fb1 in the bridge section. See page 19 of the bridge parts, and page 7 of the assembly instructions. The original piece does not have the lines telling you where the other formers should be attached.
Steve
Ahh, I see. It’s too bad that parts FU9 – FU12 aren’t makes with guide lines, too.
I see what you mean. No one has ever pointed that out before. I had a quick look and found our “lined” version of the package. You can download it here. If you print the appropriate page from this one the lines are included. Thanks for pointing this out.
